Writing Masters: A writing course for imaginative kids (6th-8th grades)

Course Description:
In this course, students write short stories, non-fiction articles, poems, and many other short pieces and applying it to the "real world" in creating content for their own magazine. Students choose their own theme and write about what interests them. They also keep a journal with specific writing directions. They watch engaging instructional videos on their own schedule. Follow that up by meeting with Mrs. Metcalf weekly online for direction in completing the writing assignments and receiving feedback for improvement. This coaching is essential for writing success. At the conclusion of the course, students will have a portfolio of articles for their magazine!
Tuition: $59/month OR $212/semester
